CAMRA MAN comes from my heart or actually, from my sons. When he was wee, my work took me away from home more often than I’d like to admit. One day, after I came back from an assignment, he handed me a drawing. The one you see here.

I took it everywhere with me, from place to place. It became a small source of comfort, a quiet reminder that someone was waiting for me at home.

But over time, I realised the picture wasn’t enough. It could never replace being present, being there with him and with my family. That realisation changed everything. The wee boy is now a young man, and there are new additions to my family. The drawing is now in a frame, hanging on the wall.
